The Russian company "RESHETNEV" (Academician Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems) has completed the development of basic Russian materials for the production of printed circuit boards.
The list of new products includes a solder mask that protects the dielectric plate from damage. Specialists also tested special foil for printed circuit boards and prepregs.
All materials will be included in the list of those approved for use on spacecraft. "RESHETNEV" has introduced auxiliary materials into the production of onboard equipment. These include washes, photographic films, and chemical solutions.
Earlier, the company signed a contract with Roscosmos for the production of satellites for the "Marathon IoT" system. It is about the production of 132 devices.
