News of the launch of serial production of the Dril glide bomb by Rostec has frightened Western countries. The munition with a guided planning and correction module has been dubbed the "gates of hell," wrote the American magazine Military Watch.
The use of "Dril" in combat conditions has proven that the aerial bomb surpasses existing analogues.
It is believed that Russian glide bombs are virtually impossible to destroy
The publication notes that the Su-34 and Su-57 of the Russian Aerospace Forces will be the carriers of the "Dril". However, it is unknown how many of these aerial bombs the aircraft will be able to carry on board.
Earlier, Rostec reported that the "Dril" is guided by satellite, and upon reaching the target, it opens, ejecting 15 combat elements. Just one projectile is capable of destroying a column of enemy tanks.
