It is noted that car 71-421Р must also pass certification tests in St. Petersburg. "Dovlatov" looks vintage on the outside, but very modern on the inside.

Prior to that, Rostec presented the "Dostoevsky" retro car in the city on the Neva. The tram received an automatic braking system and driver condition control. Thanks to the interactive window-screen, passengers will be able to get information about the route, as well as about the sights of St. Petersburg.

It is known that the design of retro trams was inspired by the technology produced in the fifties. Engineers used many solutions of the Soviet LM-57 "Stilyaga".
