There are a number of programs in Russia that are aimed at supporting families. LDPR deputies, led by Yaroslav Nilov, submitted a draft law to the lower house of parliament on issuing a certificate to a family with a child for the purchase of a domestically produced car.
This is about a draft law that establishes the procedure for issuing personalized certificates to families. The document allows couples to buy a car for a designated sum after the birth of a child.
It is noted that the certificate is provided for families whose total income for the past year did not exceed 3 million rubles. At the same time, the nominal value of such a certificate can be set up to 1 million rubles.
The authors of the legislative initiative believe that this measure will contribute to the natural increase in population, as well as positively affect the development of the automotive industry.
In Russia, drivers can purchase a Lada Granta in the base configuration starting from 699 thousand rubles. The manufacturer has promised not to change the prices for the base models until the end of 2023.
