KamAZ revealed a new Russian 'heart' for the updated tractor unit 'KAMAZ-54901' from the K5 family.
As noted in the auto concern, the 460 horsepower engine with a torque of 2000 Nm fully complies with the 'Euro-5' ecological class.
It is standardized according to all main units and assemblies with the already proven diesel engine KamAZ R6 910.
The resource of the new gas engine R6 is 1 million km. In terms of fuel economy and service interval, it "is not inferior to the best world analogues".
