The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the launch of the carrier rocket "Soyuz-2.1b" from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
The launch on October 27 was carried out by specialists of the combat calculation of the Space Forces of the Aerospace Forces.
As noted in the department, the launch of the medium-class carrier rocket was carried out "in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense".

According to Roscosmos, from December 27, 2006 to October 27, 2023, 574 spacecraft were launched into orbits using this carrier rocket.
