Employees of the Russian company KamAZ took part in the International Automotive Science Forum (MASF-2023). During the presentation, the plant demonstrated a slide with perspective transport vehicles: trucks, buses, drones for freight transportation. 

In the section where electric and hydrogen transport is presented, there was an image of “Moskvich 3e” (KamAZ is a technology partner of the Moscow plant - editor's note www1.ru) and another car. The design of the last machine resembles the Chinese electric minivan FAW Bestune NAT.

Experts call the product of “Moskvich” a localized version of Chinese JAC. It is possible that cars of FAW will also be released under the Russian brand.

The FAW Bestune NAT has already attracted interest in Russia before - the “Alphatech” holding considered the possibility of assembling the minivan in Engels. It was planned that the car will be released under the name Alfarus on the production site of “RosBytKhima”. However, the project could not be implemented due to problems with financing.

It was previously reported that the new “Moskvich 6” went to dealer centers and is available for purchase in Moscow. Soon cars will appear in St. Petersburg and other regions of the country.
