ROSSKO, one of the largest auto parts distributors in Russia, has decided to start producing auto components. The company will build a large plant in the Titanium Valley SEZ in the Sverdlovsk Region.
The new enterprise will produce brake discs for passenger cars, of various types – solid, ventilated, composite, with bearings. The plant will also produce brake drums and caliper housings. Later, discs for trucks will be added to the range. The design production capacity is 5.6 million discs per year.
The launch of the first stage of the plant is scheduled for 2025. With the launch of the second stage of production, it is planned to start production of brake pads. And at the next stage of the project, in 2028, housings will be built for the production of suspension parts. According to the plans, the construction of the production complex should begin in April 2024.
