At the Bashkiria stand at the SPIEF-2023 forum, the "Patriot K40TL" drone, resistant to various electronic warfare systems, was shown. The novelty was presented by the software manufacturer "Astrakom" (trademark "Patriot").
The prototype of the "Patriot K40TL" was a foreign UAV, then domestic software was written for it - both for the remote control and for the drone, and production was organized in Bashkiria. The drone is equipped with a thermal imager, a camera and a rangefinder. The drone can use all navigation systems (GLONASS, GPS, Galileo and Beidou), but it can also fly without them - due to four lidars located on the body. The height ceiling is 2 km, the communication range is 20 km.
«The characteristics of the drone fully meet the needs of people who are behind the ribbon, that is, the problem of spoofing, coordinate substitution, and the problem of jamming the drone by electronic warfare systems has been solved here. We conducted more than 10 tests with the largest manufacturers of Russian electronic warfare systems, at the moment the drone has not yet been jammed by any of the systems», – said a representative of "Astrakom".
