At the Bashkiria stand at the SPIEF-2023 forum, they showed the drone "Patriot K40TL", resistant to various electronic warfare systems. The novelty was presented by the manufacturing company PO "Astrakom" (trade mark "Patriot").
The "Patriot K40TL" was based on a foreign UAV, then a domestic software was written for it - both for the remote control and for the drone, as well as production was organized in Bashkiria. The drone is equipped with a thermal imager, a camera and a rangefinder. The drone can use all navigation systems (GLONASS, GPS, Galileo and Beidou), but it can also fly without them - thanks to four lidars installed on the hull. The altitude limit is 2 km, the communication range is 20 km.
"The characteristics of the UAV fully meet the needs of people who are behind the ribbon, that is, the issue of spoofing, the substitution of coordinates, the issue with the drone jamming by EW systems, has been resolved here. We have conducted more than 10 tests with the largest manufacturers of Russian radio-electronic warfare systems, at the moment the drone has not been jammed by any of the systems", - said a representative of "Astrakom".
