Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky announced that the capital company MEL has developed a new line of high-speed elevators.
«The MEL enterprise has developed two models of high-speed elevators. The novelties differ in design and dimensions - their height reaches 2.2 meters, and load capacity - one of the updated cabins will be able to transport up to 2 thousand kg. It is planned to produce more than 500 units of such products annually», – said the head of the department Vladislav Ovchinsky.
As the Telegram channel "Black Monday" writes, the "Cosmos" cabin is designed for simultaneous transportation of up to 13 people with a speed of movement of 2.5 m per second. Customers are offered 10 finishing options in the colors of the objects of the solar system. The "Latitude" elevator is ready to carry up to 20 passengers. The model provides 5 finishing options.
Since 2017, MEL has been part of the PIK group of companies, its elevators are installed in the developer's new residential complexes.
