The Avtostat agency has prepared a rating of the most affordable new electric vehicles in Russia as of May 2023. It is important to note that the rating includes both officially sold models and "parallel" imports.
In first place is the Evolute i-Pro sedan. At a price of 2.99 million rubles, it is the cheapest new electric vehicle in Russia. In second place with a price of 3.2 million rubles is the Volkswagen ID. 4, and in third place again is Evolute – the Evolute i-JOY crossover, selling for 3.49 million. The electric Moskvich 3e is only slightly behind it – it is more expensive by only 10 thousand rubles. Rounding out the top 5 is the Volkswagen ID. 6 with a price of 4 million rubles.
Further in the ranking are two domestic models, which, of course, are sold through official dealers – the Evolute i-JOY and Moskvich 3e crossovers. They have almost the same minimum cost – 3,490,000 and 3,500,000 rubles, respectively. Rounding out the top five electric vehicles with the lowest price is the Volkswagen ID.6 electric crossover (3,990,000 rubles).
The second half of the ranking looks like this: 6th place – Skywell ET5 (4.48 million rubles), 7th place – Tesla Model 3 (5 million rubles), 8th place – Tesla Model Y (5.41 million rubles), 9th place – Voyah Free (8.89 million rubles), 10th place – Tesla Model X (9.4 million rubles).
