Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development Dmitry Oguryaev, speaking at the Federation Council, announced that the mobile application "Gosuslugi.Dom", which allows managing utility services, will be launched throughout Russia in the 3rd quarter of this year.

"Our minimum goal by the end of 2023 is 1 million users. Currently, there are about five regions where it [the application] is actively being piloted", — he said. These five regions are Belgorod, Kaluga, Omsk and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

The Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development noted that through "Gosuslugi.Dom" users will be able to submit meter readings and see statistics on them, pay for utility services, view their utility bills and submit applications to the management company. Notifications will also be sent through "Gosuslugi.Dom" about the planned general meeting of owners, its results, and about turning off hot water.
