The Ministry of Digital Development reported on the preparation for the championship 'Robot Battle', the first stage of which will be held in July. The department reports that 77 teams will participate in the event: 67 teams from 20 Russian regions and another 10 foreign teams. The teams were selected from 190 applications, although it was initially planned to select only 48 applications.

Teams from 5 countries: Vietnam, India, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkey will be represented among the foreign teams. As for the local teams, Moscow leads with 26 teams. Next are: St. Petersburg (7 teams), Perm Region (6 teams), Belgorod and Rostov Regions (4 teams each).The teams are already starting to create robots. They must design the structure and formulate a battle strategy.
