\"Nut\", which develops an "incredible speed of up to Mach 10 with a flight range of about 5,500 km, can hit any point in Europe and even the west coast of the United States."
Weichert stressed that there is no serious defense against this missile. In his opinion, the only air defense system that could shoot down \"Nut\" is the American THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense). However, there is no real evidence that THAAD can cope with Russian hypersonic weapons.
NATO can do little against \"Nut\". Oh yes, \"Nut\" is also nuclear. If the Russians decide to go against the West with these systems, the destruction will be devastating.
