At the same time, if you do not carry out a full wash, but simply do a light cleaning, that is, wipe the headlights, windows and license plates with a rag, there will be no fine.
Various subjects of Russia may introduce their own measures of responsibility for washing vehicles in places not intended for this. So, in the Moscow region, a fine of 3,000 to 5,000 rubles is provided for such a violation.
