Tosnensky Mechanical Plant (ToMeZ) presented the MKDU-24 combined road machine on a KAMAZ-6595 chassis. The new model is designed for year-round road maintenance: in winter, it clears the road surface of snow and ice, and in summer, it can sweep and wash the roadway, maintain road barriers, and transport bulk materials. The presentation took place at the "Doroga-2026" exhibition.

The working width of cleaning reaches 5.7 m, and the machine can spread anti-icing materials over a strip from 2 to 12 m wide. This allows one base machine to be used for various road operations, changing the operating mode depending on the season and task.

The MKDU-24 equipment is driven by the dump truck engine through a power take-off system. The hydraulic system uses a variable displacement pump and adjustable sections of the hydraulic distributor. They allow power to be supplied as needed by the equipment, reducing energy losses and fuel consumption.

The "KOLLARIS" system helps control the attachments. It is designed to configure equipment operation and save material distribution parameters for different sections. In winter, this is in demand for treating road surfaces with reagents, and in summer, the machine can be used for washing and sweeping streets, cleaning signs and barriers.

The machine also retains the function of a dump truck: in the warm season, it can be used for transporting and unloading bulk cargo. The MKDU-24 combines cleaning equipment and a transport platform on one chassis, expanding the range of tasks that a road service can perform with one machine.
