An exchange-traded fund has become available in SberInvestitsii, in which artificial intelligence participates in the selection of stocks for buying and selling. The peculiarity of the new instrument is that three AI agents independently analyze Russian companies, and then discuss their conclusions among themselves. An investment portfolio is formed based on the results of this discussion.

The fund was named "Artificial Intelligence Fund" and received the exchange ticker AIIQ. It was launched by the managing company "Pervaya", a partner of Sberbank. According to Kirill Tsarev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the bank, this is the first actively managed exchange-traded fund in Russia with such a mechanism for independent stock selection by neural networks.

Each of the three AI agents studies market news, financial indicators of companies and their competitors. After analysis, they make their own recommendations: which securities should be bought, which should be sold, and how attractive individual stocks are. Then the most unusual part begins - the agents enter into a discussion, discussing each position and trying to reconcile decisions.

At the same time, all discussions are recorded. Transcripts of the neural network negotiations are planned to be published on the managing company's website so that investors can see how artificial intelligence came to certain conclusions. After the discussion, a special AI supervisor agent combines recommendations, resolves contradictions, and compiles the final portfolio.

They are not yet going to fully entrust money management to neural networks. The formed portfolio is transferred to a professional manager who checks the proposed solutions, primarily for compliance with regulatory requirements. Only after that does the trader receive instructions to execute transactions. Thus, AI is responsible for analysis and developing investment ideas, while final control remains with a human.
