The Brusnika Group of Companies has extended the QMonitoring video analytics system to its construction sites. The platform analyzes footage from 450 cameras, helping to identify safety violations and downtime of construction equipment. The company claims that the system recorded over 8000 violations in six months.

The decision to scale was made after a pilot project at the MONS facility in Moscow. According to the developer, in the first month, the system helped detect over 100 cases of special equipment downtime. Managers gained the ability to remotely monitor site operations and view statistics. The company also reported improved discipline among workers and contractors.

After the pilot, Brusnika changed its internal control processes. In particular, the company reformatted the work of its occupational health and safety service and engaged additional employees for prompt response to violations.

Currently, the system monitors the use of personal protective equipment, compliance with safety requirements, and contractor access to facilities. According to the company, after the implementation of video analytics, the amount of equipment downtime decreased by 30%.

In the future, developers plan to expand the platform's capabilities. Among the tasks they name are safety control when working at height, accounting for the presence of people at construction sites, more detailed monitoring of construction equipment operation, and identification of new types of labor protection violations.
