The Federal Bailiff Service has initiated seven enforcement proceedings against JSC "NPO Angstrom" for a total amount of 245.1 million rubles. This is reported by CNews with reference to the Kontur.Focus database.

Not the first wave of claims
In December 2025, the electronic components supplier "Kvantum" intended to apply to the court to declare NPO "Angstrom" bankrupt. In December 2025 alone, the Ministry of Defense filed five lawsuits against the enterprise for a total amount of 499.5 million rubles. In one of the applications, the department is trying to recover a penalty under a state contract from 2022 for untimely delivery of products.
In May 2025, the Russian representative of the Japanese electronics developer OOO "Semikonika" demanded more than 1 billion rubles, filing 17 lawsuits in three days. In December 2024, over six months, three dozen lawsuits for more than 800 million rubles were filed against the enterprise. Among the plaintiffs are the Ministry of Defense, "Spetspostavka EK", "Iteratsiya", "Forsayt" and others.
What the enterprise does
"NPO Angstrom" specializes in the development of tactical radio communication equipment, automated control systems, and software. In May 2023, the legal entity came under the management of the United Instrument-Making Corporation (part of Rostec). According to RBC, the changes were related to the need to build processes for the high-quality execution of the state defense order and were temporary.
The enterprise's capacities were reoriented to fulfill defense orders, and the volume of orders increased 10 times. In June 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade was instructed, if necessary, to work out the issue of additional provision for increasing the production capacities of NPO "Angstrom". The company also had to build new logistics supply chains due to EU and US sanctions.
