Yandex 360 has launched an MCP server that allows AI agents to access data and tools of the virtual office. This was announced by the company.
Through MCP, developers will be able to ensure interaction between Yandex 360 services and their systems. Users can work with the virtual office through familiar AI interfaces — both Russian and foreign.
Agents do not have unlimited access to company data. They have the same rights as the user and can only use authorized tools. In particular, an agent will not be able to send an email on behalf of a person — only draft it.
The MCP server has been launched on the Yandex 360 side in preview mode. All organizations can connect.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol developed by Anthropic. It sets a single standard for connecting AI applications to external services, data, and tools.
