The ground robotic system Depesha-3 evacuated the damaged NRTK Bogomol from a shelled area. A video of the night evacuation was published by the Telegram channel MT-GROUP.

Depesha-3 towed Bogomol. The meaning is the same as evacuating people: a damaged vehicle in a dangerous area will either be lost, or people will have to be sent for it, risking their lives. The robot-evacuator solves this problem without human involvement.

Technical capabilities

Depesha-3 can tow a trailer weighing up to 500 kilograms . This is sufficient for evacuating damaged equipment. The platform develops speeds of up to 15 km/h, carries cargo up to 180 kg over a distance of up to 40 km.

Depesha-3 was originally created as a transport platform for delivering cargo and evacuating the wounded. However, the modular design allows for expanding the range of tasks. According to military data, in certain areas, Depesha-3 performs the main part of deliveries to the front line – in a month, the systems completed more than 600 combat missions and delivered over 38 tons of cargo.

Robots on the front line are becoming more expensive and complex, so it is more profitable to retrieve and repair a damaged vehicle than to write it off.
