The Ufa enterprise PAO ODK-UMPO changed its organizational and legal form to AO. Corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The transition to AO status allowed the enterprise to opt out of mandatory information disclosure under securities law. Earlier, ODK-UMPO shareholders approved a new charter.

Recall that ODK-UMPO is a manufacturer of AL-41F-1 engines for Su-57 fighters, as well as AL-41F-1S for Su-35S. In civil aviation, the plant produces PD-8 and PD-14 engine components for SJ-100 and MC-21, respectively.

In August, the Moscow company Rubezh announced its intention to file for UMPO's bankruptcy due to a debt of 8.7 million rubles. The plant's net loss for 2025 reached 14.3 billion rubles.
