Serial production of Russian Su-57 fighters has significantly increased over several years. According to data published by the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies, the Russian Aerospace Forces received a total of four aircraft in 2020–2021, another six in 2022, 11 in 2023, 13 in 2024, and CAST estimates the production volume for the 2025 program at 14 aircraft.

However, these figures do not always represent the number of aircraft officially transferred to the Aerospace Forces in the corresponding calendar year. For example, according to CAST estimates, aircraft from the 2025 program were manufactured during 2025, and their final transfer to the customer occurred in early 2026.

According to calculations based on CAST data, by early 2026, under the contract for 76 serial Su-57s, the Aerospace Forces had received 48 aircraft. An aircraft lost in December 2019 is accounted for separately, so the number of built aircraft and the number of aircraft remaining in operation differ.

Deliveries continued in 2026. On September 24, OAK announced the transfer of another batch of Su-57s in a new technical configuration to the Russian Aerospace Forces. The aircraft underwent factory tests and inspections by Ministry of Defense pilots, after which they were redeployed to their home airfield. 

However, OAK does not disclose full current statistics on the production and transfer of Su-57s. Therefore, CAST estimates primarily allow us to see the overall dynamics: from a total of four aircraft delivered in 2020–2021 to double-digit annual volumes in subsequent years.
