The industrial SLS printer Onsint SM300 was the first among Russian machines of this class to receive a registration entry from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The entry was made in the GISP according to Government Decree No. 719, and the printer was included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products. This was announced by the ONSINT company.

SLS stands for selective laser sintering: a laser fuses polymer powder layer by layer, and the part grows from bottom to top. The machine produces both large single components and batches of identical products. Currently, this is the only SLS equipment officially included in the register.

This status allows customers to participate in state and corporate procurements under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, receive support measures under import substitution programs, preferential loans from the Industrial Development Fund, and preferential leasing. The buyer receives service support and uninterrupted supplies of spare parts and consumables within the country – this reduces sanctions and logistical risks. The SM300 can be used in aircraft manufacturing, mechanical engineering, the space industry, the defense industry, the oil and gas sector, energy, the medical industry, as well as in educational and scientific organizations.
