The Russian attack unmanned aerial system "KUB-10ME" has attracted the interest of potential customers from North Africa. The key factor was its increased range of over 100 km, noted Leonid Rokeakh, Director of the Foreign Economic Activity Center of the concern.
The "KUB-10ME" is capable of hitting moving targets, among others, thanks to its optoelectronic guidance system.
[This makes] our UAB an indispensable weapon in modern warfare, which has been clearly confirmed.
Recall that the "KUB-10ME" is equipped with a high-explosive fragmentation warhead weighing 11 kg. The munition can fly at altitudes from 80 to 1800 m with a cruising speed of about 120 km/h.
Entering the North African market potentially opens up a region with a population of about 280 million people for the "KUB-10ME". However, the concern did not name specific foreign customers.
