The Ministry of Industry and Trade has included the drive axles for backhoe loaders from the Cheboksary Plant of Power Units (CZSA) in the register of Russian industrial products. The decision is valid until August 31, 2026.
The axle is one of the key transmission components that transfers traction to the wheels. According to the company, the CZSA development is the only one in its class for wheeled backhoe loaders officially recognized as Russian-made.
Initially, the axles were created for ELAZ equipment in collaboration with "Apriornye Resheniya Mashin" company, but the design was made universal. Therefore, other Russian manufacturers of backhoe loaders will also be able to adapt it.
The main advantage of inclusion in the register is the ability to consider such components when confirming the Russian origin of the entire machine. This is important for participation in government procurement, obtaining subsidies, and other support measures.
We made them as adaptable as possible to any backhoe loader layout. This is a victory not for one brand, but for the entire machine-building sector of the country.
Before being included in the register, the axles underwent bench and road tests. Now, Russian manufacturers have an officially recognized domestic option for one of the important transmission components.
