Yury Trutnev, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, reported to Vladimir Putin on the successful presentation of the new regional aircraft Il-114-300.

The presentation of the Il-114-300 took place on the eve of the EEF opening. The aircraft arrived in Vladivostok from Zhukovsky, Moscow Region, having covered more than six thousand kilometers with an intermediate landing in Krasnoyarsk, and performed a demonstration flight lasting about an hour.
The Il-114-300 received its type certificate on June 5, 2026, at the SPIEF, which allowed for the launch of serial production. Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Gennady Abramenkov announced at the EEF that the first production aircraft is planned to be delivered to the operator by the end of 2026, with two more aircraft in early 2027. The first three airliners will be delivered to the Second Arkhangelsk Air Detachment under preferential leasing. For the Far East, the aircraft should be received by Aurora Airlines, with deliveries starting in 2028.
