Construction of a new plant for the production of truck transmissions has begun in Saratov. The enterprise plans to produce a new generation of transfer cases weighing 320 kg with an extended service life of 800,000 km. The start of work was announced by Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov during a working trip to the Saratov region.

The production facility will be located in the Stolypinsky Industrial Park in the working settlement of Sokolovy. The plant will be the fifth resident of the industrial park and the fourth enterprise currently under construction at this site. The production of products will be highly automated and digital.

The products of the new enterprise are planned to be supplied to KAMAZ, MAZ, Ural, and other truck manufacturers.
