In the spring of 2026, the SKAT 350 M was used to monitor the Vyatka River during the spawning season. During one of the flights, the onboard camera recorded two individuals engaged in illegal extraction of aquatic biological resources using prohibited fishing gear. The information was forwarded to law enforcement, after which the suspects were detained.

Fishing nets, a boat, and the caught fish were seized from the offenders. A criminal case was initiated against the detainees under Article 256 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation concerning the illegal extraction of aquatic biological resources. Video materials from the SKAT 350 M were included as evidence in the case.

The SKAT 350 M is a multifunctional unmanned aerial system produced by the Kalashnikov Concern, designed for reconnaissance and territory monitoring. The device can stay airborne for up to four hours, perform flights at altitudes from 300 to 5000 m, and cover at least 240 km in a single flight. The drone is designed to operate in various weather conditions and a wide temperature range.

For observation, the SKAT 350 M is equipped with photo and video systems, and an electric motor with low vibration helps to obtain a stable image. The device also features Russian remote identification equipment with a signal transmission range of over 40 km and an optical navigation system.
