Ten high-tech facilities will be built in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ, where a preferential regime for investors operates) by the end of 2026. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.

Since the beginning of 2026, the total area of the zone has increased by almost 10%, to 430 hectares. Of the 10 new industrial facilities that will appear here, 6 will be built at the expense of the Moscow budget, and 4 at the expense of private investments.
What facilities will be built:
- kart development and production center
- production of printed circuit boards and aircraft interiors
- enterprise for the production of vital medicines
- plant for the production of biotechnological preparations
Technopolis Moscow SEZ
The special economic zone was organized in December 2005, and it actually started operating in January 2026. During this time, Technopolis Moscow has become the largest zone in Russia in terms of private investment and the number of enterprises.
Currently, the SEZ unites 10 sites located in different districts of Moscow. Clusters for the production of electric vehicles, elevator equipment, electronics, unmanned aerial vehicles, etc. are concentrated there.
