War correspondent Alexander Kots of "Komsomolskaya Pravda" published footage taken from a reconnaissance drone launched from the Russian corvette "Soobrazitelny" of Project 20380. The drone meticulously filmed the Danish uncrewed vessel Stormborn near Bornholm Island, where it was conducting tests of radar and sonar equipment in June for defense companies Mydefence and Terma.

The Russian ship approached the Danish USV to a distance of about 200 meters, after which a drone took off from its deck and flew around the vessel at a few meters, examining its sensor equipment.
Stormborn operator Simon Hviid called the maneuver a "wild experience." Stormborn CEO Frederik Søndergaard Hansen noted that this is the first time a Russian reconnaissance operation has been documented in high resolution so close to Danish territory.
The Danish USV also observed the Russian ship. The built-in X-Wave artificial intelligence system identified the type of vessel, determined its hull number, recognized crew members, and a Ka-27 helicopter on deck. All collected data was transmitted to Danish naval intelligence. Military analyst Jens Wenzel Kristoffersen called the incident "an interesting insight into the extremely tense situation in the Baltic region."
