Attackers have started massively sending phishing messages to parents about allegedly suspicious transactions on their teenage children's cards. As reported by the Moshelovka platform of the People's Front, not only the child's money but also the personal data of the entire family are at risk.

Parents are prompted to urgently undergo verification via a link that leads to a fake online service. There, under the pretext of missing kinship data in state systems, they are asked to upload scans of passports, birth certificates, and to enter logins and passwords for mobile banking. The collected documents and access details are used by fraudsters to steal funds from parents' accounts and to take out loans in their names.

Moshelovka reminds that kinship confirmation and linking child profiles for account control are done exclusively through "Gosuslugi", official online banking, or by personal visit to a branch. No special online services exist for this. The main barrier here is a critical attitude towards links and the correct path for verifying the status of a legal representative.

A similar mechanism is used in another current scenario: as "Pervyy Tekhnicheskiy" wrote, scammers send messages to families about allegedly approved state payments, directing them to phishing copies of "Gosuslugi" and the Social Fund to obtain SMS codes. In all cases, the ultimate goal is the same — access to bank accounts and personal data.
