TVEL Holding (part of Rosatom's Fuel Division) is capable of meeting the demand for mobile charging stations and energy storage devices for electric vehicles. This was stated by Alexander Bukhvalov, Director of the Electromobility business area.

Production volumes will primarily depend on the growth of the electric vehicle fleet and the demand for solutions for open parking lots where such stations can be installed.

Bukhvalov explained that many developers are currently interested in mobile charging stations. Such solutions may be in demand in open parking lots where it is difficult to install stationary charging infrastructure, he concluded.

Rosatom is involved in the development of electric transport in Russia – from lithium mining for electric vehicle batteries to the creation of charging equipment. The state corporation's enterprises are capable of producing up to 60% of all electric vehicle components.
