The Industrial Development Fund (IDF) will provide a preferential loan to Anzheromash company in the amount of 645 million rubles at 3% per annum under the "Components" program. The funds will be used to purchase modern equipment and optimize logistics routes – from procurement to shipment of finished products. Total investments in the project will exceed 850 million rubles.

As "Pervy Tekhnichesky" was told by the IDF, the loan will allow the enterprise in Anzhero-Sudzhensk to almost double the production of gearboxes and replace imported products for the mining industry with domestic analogues. Gearboxes are used in conveyor transport, shearer loaders, and quarry equipment. The new line is characterized by compactness, high efficiency, low noise level, and the ability to operate in a dusty environment.

Kemerovo Oblast Governor Ilya Seredyuk emphasized that the production of gearboxes is an example of how Kuzbass industry is increasing its technological power by creating products with high added value. He also reminded that the region's enterprises have already attracted over 3.8 billion rubles from the federal IDF for investment projects.

The management of Anzheromash noted that modernization will allow the use of their own gearboxes in conveyors, ensuring full quality control. Rational arrangement of lines will eliminate unnecessary inter-shop movements and reduce transport costs, as a result of which the labor intensity of production will decrease by 25%. Key customers will be enterprises for underground and open-pit coal mining, iron ore, and other ores.
