The digital integrated shipboard communication system CISVS-1010 (developed by the St. Petersburg research and production company "Morsvyazavtomatika", OOO "NPK MSA") has been installed on more than 300 vessels. The equipment is designed to organize internal telephone and radio communications, transmit commands, and provide emergency alerts. This was reported by the NPK press service.
CISVS-1010 is built on a modular principle: each block operates autonomously, but they are controlled from a common center. The system includes an ATS network, radiotelephones, a command broadcasting device, and an alarm system.
Where CISVS-1010 can be applied:
- boat
- tugboat
- large-capacity liner
- icebreaker
- tanker
The NPK MSA press service emphasized that one of the system's advantages is the ability to upgrade without replacing the cable infrastructure. Since data transmission is carried out over standard two-wire lines, this does not require a large amount of installation work.
Features of CISVS-1010:
- Operation in conditions of high humidity, vibrations, and rolling
- Installation of equipment in explosion-proof terminals (for tankers)
- Presence of noise-protected headset
- Automatic recording of conversations
- Integration with shore-based telephone networks and satellite communications
The shipboard communication system meets the requirements for installation on sea and river vessels. The equipment is approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and the Russian Classification Society (RKO).
