Attackers stole almost 500 million rubles allocated for the construction of berths and hydraulic structures of the Russian Navy's Caspian Flotilla in Dagestan. The criminal case has been submitted to the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow.

The investigation established that the company "Uralvoenproekt" in 2022 received a subcontract for the construction of the fleet base's coastal infrastructure. They were transferred an advance of 500 million rubles.

A significant part of the money was withdrawn through two shell companies. Some work was indeed carried out to create the appearance of contract fulfillment. However, the main part of the funds settled in the accounts of controlled individuals.

In 2025, "Uralvoenproekt" was declared bankrupt.
