"Yakovlev" Refused Dividends: Almost All Profits Will Go to Cover Old Losses

The manufacturer of MC-21, SJ-100, and Yak-130 decided not to pay shareholders for 2025

Shareholders of PAO "Yakovlev" decided not to pay dividends based on the results of 2025. Holders of securities will not receive payments based on the results of the past year.

Despite a net profit of 6.35 billion rubles, the company will direct almost the entire amount to improve its own financial position.

According to published materials, 6.03 billion rubles will be used to cover losses from previous years. Another 317.3 million rubles will be transferred to the company's reserve fund.

"Yakovlev" remains one of the key enterprises of the Russian aviation industry. The company is implementing programs for the import-substituted SJ-100, the new medium-haul MC-21, the Yak-130 combat trainer aircraft, and also participates in the implementation of other aviation projects.
