"Alice" will advise guests on any questions about the hotel and its surroundings, relying on a knowledge base updated by staff. Answers are generated in a free-form manner without rigid scripts.
Upon check-in, guests automatically receive a Yandex Plus subscription for the duration of their stay, which provides access to music, Kinopoisk, and other services. The account is reset upon check-out.
Yandex software integrates with popular hotel PMS platforms, and the "Smart Room" option adds voice control for lighting and climate.
Company specialists handle equipment selection and setup. The subscription cost starts from 500 rubles per month per room, with devices purchased separately.
For hotels, this means transitioning to a 24/7 digital concierge that reduces the load on the reception and opens a channel for native promotion of additional services.
