Mobile C-arm from NIPK "Elektron" included in the register of Russian industrial products

Three versions - from a trauma apparatus to an angiographic complex

The St. Petersburg company NIPK "Elektron" has included a mobile X-ray surgical C-arm system in three modifications – SRT-MAXIMA, SRT-OKO, and SRT-EXPERT – in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. According to the company, the apparatus is built around a flat-panel detector and allows real-time X-ray controlled operations. The vascular version is equipped with a digital subtraction angiography mode, which provides the surgeon with a "map" of blood vessels directly on the operating table.

The C-arm is designed for emergency and planned care in orthopedics, traumatology, vascular and abdominal surgery, urology, and gynecology. Depending on the power of the emitter, the apparatus can be used for both standard intraoperative control and complex interventions on the heart and blood vessels.

Inclusion in the register gives the system direct access to public procurement, including under the primary care modernization program. According to "Elektron", several hundred such systems have already been supplied to medical institutions during the company's operation. In fact, the Russian manufacturer fills the niche of mobile surgical imaging, where Siemens and Philips dominated until recently.
