A Lone Warrior: "Pantsir-ME" Will Save a Ship from a Swarm of Drones

The complex's ammunition load is 8 missiles in the launcher and 32 in storage

The newest naval Pantsir-ME anti-aircraft missile and gun system allows even a single ship to effectively repel massive drone attacks. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev.

Recall that the naval Pantsir-ME carries 40 missiles in its full ammunition load. Of these, 8 are directly on the launcher, and another 32 are stored in a special magazine below deck.

Rostec noted that the complex is capable of guiding four missiles simultaneously at one target or firing at four different targets at once.

In addition to missiles, the Pantsir-ME has two powerful 30 mm cannons that destroy targets at the closest range.
