Wildberries plans to increase the number of fully automated order pickup points to 10 by the end of 2026. This was announced by Tatyana Kim, founder of Wildberries and head of Wildberries & Russ.

Currently, the company operates two such smart pickup points in Moscow. The format is still being tested, but Wildberries sees it as a convenient solution for large cities: orders can be picked up quickly and at any time of day.

We continue to test this format. For now, there are two fully automated pickup points – we call them "smart pickup points" – in Moscow. By the end of the year, we plan to expand the network of such pickup points to 10.

The main feature of these points is the absence of staff. Thanks to automation, they can operate 24/7, which is especially convenient for residents of megacities with busy schedules.
