Rostec showcased the "Gosudarstvennost" (Statehood) software and hardware complex at the I International Security Forum. This system integrates disparate databases and IT services into a single digital ecosystem, which can be used to manage a company, an industry, or a state.
The complex collects and links data on budgets, legislation, economics, social processes, and other areas. Based on this data, the system performs analytics and models development scenarios: for example, how to reduce debt burden, cut inefficient expenses, increase tax collection, or improve the quality of life in a specific territory.
The development was carried out by "GiperGrafGrupp" with the participation of the "RT-Proektnye Tekhnologii" holding, part of Rostec. The solution is demonstrated on a domestic all-in-one PC from "RED International".
According to the stated characteristics, "Gosudarstvennost" can process over 300 thousand object classes and account for more than 2.4 billion connections between them. The complex's database already stores up to 500 million records, and data analysis is performed using over 20 thousand algorithms.
Rostec claims that the system accelerates the creation of automated control systems by 10 times compared to traditional development. Another task of the complex is to eliminate the problem of "misunderstanding" between different IT systems, data, and programming languages.
Elements of "Gosudarstvennost" have already been tested in Russian companies. Rostec expects that the product will be of interest to friendly countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. The state corporation emphasizes that the complex is focused on peaceful tasks: economic development, improving management efficiency, and enhancing people's quality of life.
