Vacation Canceled? KAMAZ Urgently Changes Vacation Schedule Due to High Demand for K5 Models

Instead of three weeks - only two: employees will go on vacation from July 13 to 26

The summer corporate vacation at PAO "KAMAZ" plant has been reduced from three weeks to two. This decision was made by the KAMAZ management due to increased orders for trucks of the new K5 model range. The main vacation period for employees will be from July 13 to 26.

Previously, the company approved a downtime schedule lasting 21 calendar days – from July 6 to 26. The date adjustment is due to the sustained growth in demand for K5 generation equipment.

The company's press service explained that changing the vacation dates will allow the plant to maintain the assembly pace and fulfill obligations to partners in a timely manner.

Production facilities will operate as usual, and employees will have the opportunity to rest during a more compact period. The company emphasized that the decision is temporary and dictated by the current conveyor load.
