The crews of the small anti-submarine ships (MPCs) "Aleksin" and "Zelenodolsk" (Project 1331M) detected and destroyed a simulated enemy submarine. This was reported by the press service of the Baltic Fleet.
Baltic sailors tracked down the enemy submarine and then engaged it, simulating torpedo and rocket-bomb weapon fire. In addition, the MPC crews laid bottom and floating mines.
During their time at sea, tasks for navigating in narrow waters were practiced, and various shipboard exercises and drills were conducted.
