Import Substitution in Microelectronics: Domestic Microchips from ZNTC Pass State Registration

New developments by scientists from Zelenograd included in the registers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

New integrated microchips developed by Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center (AO "ZNTC") have been included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products. The company announced this.

This refers to linear voltage regulators for battery power K1382EE02 and K1382EE04, as well as high-voltage linear regulators K1382EE01 and K1382EE03.

High-voltage models K1382EE01 and K1382EE03 are designed to stabilize output voltage at elevated input values. They are planned for use in industrial and automotive electronics, as well as in portable devices and mobile phones.

Microchips K1382EE02 and K1382EE04 are designed for precise voltage regulation in autonomous devices powered by batteries. Possible areas of application include automotive electronics, portable gadgets, and power supplies.

The inclusion of products in state registers allows their use within import substitution programs and confirms compliance with the requirements of the Russian radioelectronic industry.
