A Russian court has transferred two companies involved in the production of carbon nanotubes, previously within the orbit of OCSiAL, to the management of a Rusnano entity. The companies in question are the Novosibirsk-based enterprises Plasmokataliz and Universalnye Dobavki.
All assets were converted into state revenue, and Rosimushchestvo became their founder. Management was transferred to Sigma.Novosibirsk, a company affiliated with Rusnano.
The nanotube production technologies were developed by Russian scientists in Novosibirsk. Later, they formed the basis of OCSiAL's business, which became one of the world's leading companies in this field. Rusnano invested in the project but lost its stake in 2023 by a court decision in Luxembourg.
After that, the production assets were moved outside of Russia, and production in Novosibirsk effectively ceased.
