On the day of Bright Easter, servicemen of the "West" group of troops organized the delivery of consecrated Easter cakes and Easter eggs to the front lines using unmanned aerial vehicles. Drones delivered festive treats to those who, due to the conditions of service, could not attend the solemn service.
The use of drones made it possible to quickly congratulate servicemen in remote and hard-to-reach areas, and create a festive atmosphere for them even in the field.
The Easter delivery was made possible by the use of Quadro multi-purpose drones with a carrying capacity of up to 50 kg, which had previously been used to supply soldiers with ammunition and medicines. According to the commander of the unmanned aviation unit of the "West" group, during the service, the drones made hundreds of sorties, delivering goods to areas where ground transport could not pass.
