Russian users are experiencing problems receiving confirmation emails from Telegram to Yandex mailboxes. According to "Durov's Code", SMS codes for login have not been arriving since autumn 2025, and now the backup email delivery has also failed.
The problem is widespread: without the code, users cannot access their accounts. The only reliable way to maintain access is to always have an open session on another device (computer, tablet) and receive the code via messages within Telegram. The messenger has also introduced authorization via access keys.
Yandex confirmed the temporary difficulties and announced the elimination of the problem. Experts advise setting up backup login methods (keys, cloud password) - otherwise the next failure may leave you without communication for a long time.
