Russian OS "Rosa Mobile" to be implemented in other smartphones

The Linux-based firmware includes an app store, mail, and messenger

The developer of the Russian operating system (OS) "Rosa Mobile" based on Linux — NTC IT ROSA plans to expand its firmware to other smartphones. This was reported in the company's press service.

"Rosa Mobile" has its own digital app store, mail, messenger, as well as an account system. The "R-Fon" smartphone was the first to run on this OS.

The basic version of the operating system was officially presented in December 2023. In March 2025, an updated firmware "Rosa Mobile 2.0" was released. NTC IT ROSA plans to create an ecosystem of secure mobile solutions.

The second smartphone available to users on "Rosa Mobile" is the MIG A65, created by Mobile Inform Group. The developers position it as a secure corporate device. Since October 2025, the MIG A65 has also been produced with "Red OS M" from "Red Soft".
