The "Bolshaya Zemlya" plant has introduced a new product - the "Universal 300" loader (KUN). The model was developed specifically for Lovol 244/354, Dong Feng 244, Xingtai 244/344, Rusich 244/344, Kentavr 244 tractors and their analogues.
The lifting capacity on the axis of rotation is 500 kg, the lifting height is 2450 mm, the bucket rotation is 68°, the bucket capacity is 0.25–0.3 cubic meters.
It is claimed that the designers focused on strength and ease of maintenance. The 09G2S steel used is 25% stronger than standard grades 3 and 20. The ovoid section of the boom provides an additional 15% strength without increasing the metal thickness (in dangerous sections it is 8 mm). The articulated joints are lubricated through grease fittings, but can work for a long time without additional lubrication thanks to metal-fluoroplastic bushings.
The transverse beam passes through all the walls of the boom and is welded from the outside and inside, providing maximum rigidity. The subframes are made of 10 mm thick steel, the struts are made of 20 mm. There is a thrust on the rear axle for even load distribution and a brace under the tractor that does not interfere with dismantling.
Mounting or dismantling the loader takes only three minutes and is performed by one person. Changing the working body takes one minute. The plant offers additional options: joystick control, radiator protection and a bucket level for precise control.
